Mrs. Sandra Osei
Managing Director & Founder
Mrs. Sandra Osei is the Founder and Managing Director of MFASOPA Consulting Services. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 15 years of experience, she has led complex, multi-stakeholder projects across Ghana’s public service, financial sector and development finance landscape. Sandra founded MFASOPA with the conviction that Ghanaian organisations deserve world-class project management support that is rooted in local context and driven by genuine impact.
Her leadership philosophy centres on people, integrity and results — values that define the culture of the entire MFASOPA team. She holds postgraduate qualifications in project management and business administration and is a sought-after facilitator, keynote speaker and advisor on strategic project delivery in Ghana.
Mrs. Judith Nana Aba Asamoah
Director, Advisory & Facilitation
Judith brings over 12 years of expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and institutional development. She has led advisory assignments for government ministries, development finance institutions and large private sector organisations across Ghana. A skilled facilitator and change management specialist, Judith is known for her ability to build consensus and translate complex organisational challenges into clear, actionable strategies.
Mr. Michael Akuffo
Director, Research & Business Development
Michael leads MFASOPA’s research practice and business development function, bringing rigorous analytical discipline and a deep understanding of Ghana’s economic landscape. With a background spanning market intelligence, feasibility analysis and impact evaluation, he has designed and executed research programmes for clients in the financial services, agribusiness and technology sectors. Michael is passionate about evidence-based decision-making and translating data into competitive advantage.

Charles specialises in brand strategy, marketing consulting and corporate social responsibility programme design. He has worked with leading Ghanaian companies across the FMCG, fintech and agribusiness sectors to develop marketing strategies and CSR programmes that generate measurable community value and brand equity.

Project Management Consultant
Ibrahim is a Project Management Consultant at MFASOPA, supporting the delivery of advisory, research and training engagements across the firm’s service portfolio.
