Yes, completely. Our initial consultation is a no-obligation, no-cost conversation designed to help us understand your needs and for you to understand how we work. There is no pressure and no commitment required.
Do you work with organisations outside Accra?
Absolutely. While we are headquartered in Accra, we work with clients across Ghana — including Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale and other regions — as well as internationally across West Africa. Many of our engagements combine on-site visits with remote collaboration.
How do you charge for your services?
Our fees depend on the scope, complexity and duration of the engagement. We offer project-based pricing, monthly retainers and daily consulting rates depending on what best suits your needs. We will always provide a clear, transparent proposal before any work begins.
Can you work with NGOs and government agencies?
Yes — some of our most impactful work has been with NGOs, government ministries, district assemblies and development organisations. We understand procurement requirements, donor reporting frameworks and the unique dynamics of public sector projects in Ghana.
How long does a typical engagement last?
Engagements range from a single workshop or research assignment lasting a few days, to ongoing advisory retainers spanning 12 months or more. We tailor the engagement model to what your organisation actually needs rather than fitting you into a standard package.
